myindici
myindici is a secure website which allows you access to your personal health information from any internet device at anytime, within New Zealand.
The website receives your personal health information, directly from your medical centre’s practice management system.
This service is available for patients over the age of 16. Patients under 16 may be eligible subject to clinical approval.
indici’s user-friendly patient portal gives patients a new level of control. Book and manage appointments. Request repeat prescriptions. Attend virtual consultations. Pay your bills. All of this and more with myindici.
Test Results
Your "Lab Results" will be visible, as well as any comment by your doctor. Please read your doctors comments and take any action recommended. If there are serious abnormalities, we will endeavor to contact you through other channels, including phone and letter.
Clinical Notes
From 1 June 2019, myindici has been configured to allow patients to see the clinical notes written by practice staff.
Appointment Bookings
myindici will allow you to book a routine appointment with your doctor. When booking your appointment, please ensure that you select an appointment with your regular doctor if possible. Nurse appointments are not able to be booked on myindici due to them needing to be booked into specific clinics. The exception is flu vaccine clinics during the flu season, where these are available to be booked on the portal.
There may be circumstances where you will not be offered this facility i.e. if you frequently miss your appointments without advance cancellation or have a bad debt with us.
Repeat Prescriptions
Requests for repeat prescriptions can be made via myindici
Repeat prescriptions may take up to two working days to be produced - fees apply which need to be paid when requested.
If you require a prescription more urgently, you should contact the practice by phone to arrange an urgent prescription. An additional fee applies for urgent prescriptions.
