NEW - Nurse Prescribers

We are thrilled to now have two qualified Nurse Prescribers -

Libby Wehner and Katy Savage.

These are two of our Registered Nurses who have done additional study and have their own appointments available to book for : -

• Patients with stable, long-term conditions such as hypertension, diabetes, asthma, COPD, mental health.

• Patients requiring medication review or titration for chronic conditions –three and six month reviews.

• Patients with minor acute illnesses or infections such as wound infections, chest infections etc.

Our Receptionists will be able to assist you with any queries regarding Nurse Prescribers appointments.
